Hey guys, as many of you already know we love everything fashion and that's why we decided to teamed w/ Macy's to bring awareness to their fun and festive New York City events held at their flagship store in Herald Square New York City. This past week, we attended a fashion show inspired by the hit television show 'Younger' and designed by the iconic fashion and costume designer Patricia fields.
This show was different, not only because of Mrs. Fields presence but because of the intimate setup. We enjoyed the commentary of the designer as the models walked down the runway and were able to consume the show first hand. This innovative approach gave the ourselves and the audience present a different perspective about the collection which was very wearable in our opinions. The casual chic collection featured lovely dresses, pants/denim and statement jackets in a modern yet classy silhouette. Many of these pieces were shown to complement dark palettes w/ many of them featuring a statement piece in pop color such as shoes and/or accessories.
Overall, this was a pleasant and unique presentation. At the end of the show, we had the opportunity to with meet Patricia Fields and believe us it was worth it. After a brief conversation, she encouraged us to keep working hard doing the things we love the must. We would like to take this moment to thank Macy's for having us at their incredible events over the last few months and thus providing a platform in which we were able to bring our audience the Macy's experience.
