After the unfortunate events that hit the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, the tourism of the place fell completely, however, while we were looking for a new adventure, we thought it would be a good idea to visit for a few days old San Juan, a space full of culture, good vibes, and excellent food. As always the first thing is the hotel, and this time through recommendations from friends we arrived at the wonderful Hotel El Convento same as its name says, many years ago it belonged to a religious group and today is one of the main attractions for lodging in the area for its proximity to shops and restaurants recognized in the city, the service of this hotel is wonderful and the super comfortable rooms are ideal to have a restful night. Another hotel that we can recommend that's near is the San Juan Courtyard Hotel Isla Verde, where we spent an afternoon at their wonderful facilities.
In regards to fashion, the looks for this trip were inspired by the tropical vibe of the 50's, prints, and silhouettes that evoke an elegant romanticism that does not leave out a creative vision, vaporous and fresh pieces, appropriate the warm climate and other outfits a little more elaborate for some specific activities, such as our farewell dinner at the Ola Oceanfront Bistro in the Condado Vanderbuilt Hotel, one of the most famous of the place and which we recommend 100% on the entire area, exquisite dishes; national and international, with an impressive service.
As a couple and travelers, we believe faithfully that we must always reach out when a country goes through these situations. We love the opportunity to represent and contribute to the local tourism. Tourism is based more on living the experience, talking with locals and above all, leaving a grain of sand to those who make your vacation an unforgettable moment. In general, we liked Puerto Rico a lot, we promise to return to know a little more about the island of charm.

Luego de la situación que azotó la hermosa isla de Puerto Rico, el turismo del lugar, cayó totalmente, sin embargo mientras buscábamos una nueva aventura, pensamos en que sería buena idea visitar por unos días el viejo San Juan, un espacio lleno de cultura, buena vibra y excelente comida, como siempre lo primero es el hotel, y esta vez mediante recomendaciones de amigos llegamos al maravilloso Hotel el Convento mismo que cómo su nombre lo dice, hace muchos años atrás perteneció a un grupo religioso y hoy es uno de los principales atractivos para hospedaje en la zona por su cercanía a tiendas y restaurantes reconocidos de la ciudad, es realmente maravilloso el servicio de este hotel y las habitaciones súper cómodas, otro hotel que podemos recomendar cerca de aquí es el Hotel Courtyard Isla Verde, en donde pasamos toda una tarde viendo sus instalaciones mientras disfrutábamos de un paseo en el casco histórico de San Juan, Los looks para este viaje tuvieron inspiración en la onda tropical de los años 50, prints y siluetas que evocan un romanticismo elegante que no deja de lado una visión creativa, piezas vaporosas y frescas, adecuadas el cálido clima y otros outfits un poco más elaborado para algunas actividades en específico, como por ejemplo nuestra despedida de Puerto Rico fue una cena a 4 tiempos en el Hotel Condado Vanderbilt, uno de los más famosos del lugar y el cual recomendamos 100% sobre todo el área de Restaurante, exquisitos platillos; nacionales e internacionales, con un servicio impresionante.
Como pareja y travelers, creemos fielmente en que siempre debemos tender la mano cuando un país pasa por estas situaciones ya que una de sus principales fuentes de economía se cae, y las visitas de personas como nosotros, en ese momento representa un gran aporte a los locales ¡el turismo es más que lujo! Turismo se basa más en vivir la experiencia, hablar con los locales y sobre todo, dejar un granito de arena a quienes hacen de tus vacaciones un momento inolvidable ¡turismo sustentable! En general nos gusto mucho Puerto Rico, prometemos volver para conocer un poco más de la isla del encanto.
