The holiday season is one of our favorites. Our family loves to spend time together, especially now that we moved to a new home. This time we wanted a big Christmas tree but decided to get an artificial one to help with the environment. And, we found the perfect tree on Amazon at an affordable price.
If you guys follow me for a while, you know that I'm obsessed with pink. This year, I wanted to mix the pink color with another soft color, such as pale mint, to create a pastel holiday Winterland. Another aspect of the decoration came via the use of black and white stripes ribbon to give it a sense of classical glam beauty. These colors, along with the white and green from the Christmas tree, came together really well.
As far as the Christmas tree decorations, I opted to create some on my own and mix them with others, I purchased at Hobby Lobby and Michaels. To achieve the right visual balance, I included medium and small ball ornaments with a mix of different small items. A special touch that I added, which I believe it enhances that entire decor was large decor flowers and feathers in various pastel colors. Tip: you can use many different items to decor your Christmas tree, think outside the box, and spark your imagination with things you love.
